Join Us for Chess Night at Beginner's Club!

Please mark your calendars for an exciting evening of intellect and strategy at our upcoming Chess Night! Scheduled for April 25th at 6:00 p.m., we're convening at the local favorite, Post Falls Burger King, for an event that promises camaraderie, competition, and chess.

Last week, our community made a remarkable impression at the North Idaho Scholastic Chess League, with the lion's share of competitors hailing from our CDA Chess Club. Building on this momentum, we're shifting our focus toward fostering our next generation of chess marvels. Whether you're just learning the ropes or a seasoned player looking to pass on your wisdom, Chess Night at the Beginner's Club is where you'll want to be.

The evening will kickstart with a brief introduction to the fundamentals, making it the perfect setting for newcomers to dip their toes into the game's rich strategic depths. Following this, players will have the opportunity to put theory into practice with actual play sessions. This is not just about competition; it's about growth, learning, and enhancing our communal bond over the game we love.

We extend a hearty invitation to our more experienced members to join in and share their insights, strategies, and passion for chess with our newer enthusiasts. Your participation could spark a lifelong dedication to chess in someone just starting out.

Chess Night at the Beginner's Club isn't just an event; it's a celebration of strategy, skill, and community. Whether chess is your battle-tested passion or a curiosity you’ve yet to explore, join us for an evening where kings and queens, bishops and knights, pawns and rooks come to life in the timeless dance of chess. Grab a friend, bring your best game, and become part of something special. See you there!
