Knights of Summer Chess Tournament Invites Players of All Ages
August 4, 2025 – Coeur d'Alene, ID – CDA Chess is proud to present the "Knights of Summer" Chess Tournament, a premier event for chess enthusiasts of all skill levels. Scheduled for three exciting evenings—August 11, August 18, and August 25th- this tournament provides a unique platform for players to hone their skills in a vibrant, competitive environment. Events will be held at the Riverstone McDonald's, located at 1325 W. Riverstone in Coeur d'Alene. Play begins at 6 PM each evening, offering convenient access and ample parking for participants.
Designed for chess players across all experience levels, the "Knights of Summer" tournament features a dynamic format with two engaging rounds each evening. Participants will compete in both G20 (20-minute) and G30 (30-minute) games, ensuring fast-paced and thrilling matches for both competitors and spectators.
Notably, this event provides scholastic chess players with an excellent opportunity to refine their strategies and prepare for the challenges of the upcoming fall season. With a friendly atmosphere and a chance to challenge peers, the tournament aims to build the confidence and skills essential for scholastic competitions.
